You can request a redemption statement by completing the Intermediary Redemption Statement Request form online here.
Alternatively, you can call our Mortgage Servicing team on 01633 844 370 or visit us in branch/ agency.
We aim to process all requests within 2 working days. All statements are sent to the customer via 2nd class post to the correspondence address we hold on file.
If your firm did not originally introduce the mortgage, we will require signed customer authority confirming that you are able to request the redemption statement.
If you would like to receive a separate copy of the statement, we will require signed authority from the customer confirming that you are able to view their redemption statement.
