We're Extending our Geographical Lending Area
The Society is pleased to announce the expansion of its geographical lending area, in which residential mortgage loans of up to 95% Loan-to-Value (LTV) and our Buy-to-Let range will be available across England and Wales.
The change, effective immediately, will enable the Society to help first-time buyers across England and Wales achieve their goal of getting on the property ladder.
Dan Goulding, Product Development Manager, said: "The expansion of our lending area allows a wider range of customers from across England and Wales access to our competitive product range.
