How to Apply
Detailed below is our application process:
Our team of dedicated Case Officers aim to provide you with a fast and efficient service. When you send in an application, you will receive an acknowledgement letter from the Case Officer who will be dealing with the case. Their telephone number and email address are on the letter, enabling you to keep in contact.
Mortgage Application forms
The Society currently operates a paper based application system and the relevant mortgage application forms are available to print off below. Please ensure all the appropriate sections of the application form are completed and all questions answered in full. This will help to avoid unnecessary delays in processing.
Accompanying documents
It will help greatly if the following documents are included with the application form on submission:
For employed applicants:
- Most recent 3 months payslips and P60
For self-employed applicants and company directors with more than a 20% shareholding in a Ltd Co:
- Most recent 2 years trading accounts
For cases where the loan to value is in excess of 75%:
- Last 3 months bank statements for each applicant
For First Time Buyers and those whose deposit is not coming from the equity within their current property:
- Proof of Deposit
